Organic Tomato Bread

For this appetizing tomato bread recipe, you will need:

8 ounces of strong whole meal flour
12 ounces of strong white flour
Sugar
Salt
Fresh yeast
Olive oil
Chopped dried tomatoes
Garlic cloves
Tomato puree
Dried oregano

1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of sugar into 1/2 pint of warm water. Once the sugar is dissolved, mix in 1/2 ounce of fresh yeast. Allow this to sit for 15 minutes.
2. Add the 12 ounces of strong white flour and the 8 ounces of strong whole meal flour to a large mixing bowl. Add the yeast mixture in and mix well. After that is mixed, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3. Knead the dough well. Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it sit in a warm place for an hour to rise.
4. Pour one ounce of chopped dried tomatoes into a bowl. Boil water in a teapot and when it is ready, pour it over the dried tomatoes. Let the tomatoes sit for 15 minutes then drain them. Add in 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, one crushed clove of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano.
5. Knead the dough again. Once the dough has been kneaded, divide it into a rectangle. Spread the tomato mixture over the dough.
6. Roll the dough and divide it in half. Place each half in an oiled loaf tin and let it sit for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and let the break cook for 35 minutes.
